Furthermore, only 2% of people are born with Nickel Allergy but this jumps to 25% if pierced with an earring which contains nickel. Who Can Be Pierced?
We offer Medical Ear Piercing to anyone over the age of 18 years and to children under 18 with a guardian present. Infants as young as 10 weeks old can get their ears safely pierced provided it has been at least 2 weeks since their first set of immunizations. For children under 5 years old, we require one DTap vaccine (which is administered at 2 months old). For minors under 18, a parent or guardian is required to be present for the piercing. We will ask to see the parent's identification. We do not use piercing guns. We perform the piercing with a pressurized medical grade device with disposable parts that touch the skin.

What do we pierce? We pierce the ears (standard earlobe piercing and select upper cartilage piercing is performed) and Nose piercing. At this time, we do not perform any other body piercing.
